Note: Due to current high demand some orders could take up to 4 weeks for processing. Thanks for being patient.

We ship via UPS 2nd day air. We do not add ice to our order unless it is shipped in the hottest months or going to hot climate states to ensure the fish does not "cook" in the heat. The way the fish is cured and smoked gives it a very good time for travel even if with slight delays. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your order and be sure to collect your order once received and refridgerate immedietly. We try our best to ship on certain days to ensure the fish will not sit idling over the weekend. However, in the event that your order does get delayed beyond 5 days we do not take responsibilty for this but will work our best efforts to make everything work out to bring satisfaction.

Do you ship outside of US ? - unfortunately we do not!

How much is shipping cost? - shipping is $20 for any size order!

Do I need to refrigerate the fish? - Your fish must be kept & stored in the fridge upon receiving!

Do I need to cook the fish? - PLEASE DO NOT COOK FISH!! Although it retains a raw appearance, the fish is fully cured and cold-smoked - a process that preserves and flavors the fish without heat. It's ready to eat!

How long does the fish stay fresh? - Unopen fish can store in fridge for up to 4 weeks & 5-7 days once opened. Can also be frozen for up to 3 months without change in texture or flavor.
