I've ordered cold smoked trout a few times now and man is it addictive. So smokey and the fatty texture of the fish is sublime. I'll be ordering again, unfortunately for my wallet.

I bought this and the gold yukola. Absolutely delicious fish! Perfectly smoked, well-seasoned, and meaty portions. It took about a month to arrive but it was well worth the wait. I am a customer for life!
