Refund policy

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for transit and delivery timing is transferred to UPS. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, lost packages, or packages delivered later than the estimated delivery timeframe.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. In the event of a lost, delayed, or missing package, customers are responsible for contacting UPS directly and filing any necessary claims with the carrier.
