So worth the wait!!!! Freshness all around, you can smell the smokiness of the fish I was salavating before i was able to open the bags. The burst of flavors are phenomenal, the buttery soft texture, fatty of fhe fish, slight sweetness and balance saltiness blends so well with the flavors of yukola. Hands down the best cold smoked fish I’ve ever had!!!!

Love the texture of the fish! Not too salty and not fishy. at all. I enjoyed it with cream cheese bagel and a good topping on charcuterie board. Overall highly recommend and would purchase again. Maybe in the future they would do a candied smoke salmon.

I have never had cold smoked fish like this before. I decided to try this for my first because the texture i saw in videos was more appealing than the very raw and juicy texture found with others. This is very juicy but because the oils of the fish have broken down and seeped into every fiber. The tail pieces are wonderfully chewy and closer to the head is softer but not sashimi like.

The flavor is incredible. So complex. The fish is not overpowering. Even though the smell of smoke hits you when you open it up, it is not overpowering. I immediately noticed a hint of sweet which danced with just the right amount of salt. The pepper hits you as you chew. And the smoke develops as you chew too. A wonderful experience overall.

I could not stop picking at this thing. I really should have ordered more because it was gone in two days. I got one 16 oz piece and next time i think i will have to get two at minimum.

My first time eating it and wow, really blew away my expectations. Thought the pepper would be too much but it was actually really nice. Nice chewy yet melting texture, like a stack of sliced smoked salmon. Peels off the skin satisfyinglu. Would get it again 10/10

Fish was fresh and tasty. Not too fishy or too salty. The sizing was great. Ive ordered reported whole filets from other sources before and recived what felt like a quarter size. I feel like i truly got my money’s worth with this package. It did take time for it to ship, but what i received was great.
