One of the best things I’ve ever tasted in my life. So incredibly flavorful and buttery you can eat it completely by itself. The texture is otherworldly. I can only describe it as velvety, buttery, and silken. It literally just melts in your mouth. The smokiness is perfect and it’s not fishy at all. The tail end has more chew, and the flavor is even more concentrated. I genuinely love both ends for different reasons. Will be purchasing again and again!

They are the best cold smoked fish we ever had. We have it every Sunday for brunch, paired with avocado, capers, and pickled onion. We love how it fills our home with the sweet aroma of wood smoke reminiscent of fall weekend at the mountain Lodge. Sliced paper thin it melts in your mouth. I just need to remember to order more before I run out.
