The fish is PHENOMENAL! Smoky, tender but firm (firmer pieces toward the tail), perfectly seasoned and just delicious! It came packaged well-insulated with cold packs. I ate about 85% of this in one day because I just could not stop. Lifetime customer here!

not as thick as the steelhead chunk and the flavoring is nothing crazy. still ate the whole thing icl. not to be typical but u guys rly should come out with a sriracha brown sugar flavor
